Our Humble Beginnings
In 1987, Ready Window began as a small family-owned window business in Miami. We were challenged to evolve after Hurricane Andrew hit South Florida in 1992, creating a demand for hurricane protection. Many homes needed repair, while others required hurricane preparation with shutters, impact windows, and doors.
Growing with Our Community
With our market shift and growing expertise, Ready Window expanded through various projects across South Florida. The city's growth and community support enabled us to open a second office in Tampa. We've since worked nationally and internationally, including Jacksonville, South Carolina, the Bahamas, Ghana, and more.
From a small family business to an industry leader in impact protection solutions
For the past 38 years, our company has evolved from serving residential clients to high-rise buildings, from homeowners to high-end construction companies. We've expanded from a 2,000 square foot location to a 10,000-square-foot office-showroom space, with a 200,000 square feet, 16-acre facility in Lake Placid, FL to meet our warehouse needs.
